By selling innovative and stylish products and services, we strive to use these profits to offer a good home for the cows and bulls.

RescueMa

‘Rescue Ma’ focuses on the protection & well-being of both indigenous & exotic cattle breeds by creating innovative solutions to modern dairy farming. As part of this initiative, we have set up a progressive dairy farm called ‘Nirvi Gau Sadan’.

‘Nirvi Gau Sadan’ i.e. ‘Nirvi Cow Shelter’ is a modern & innovative cow shelter which was set up in the year 2016 under the guidance of Progressive Dairy Farmers Association (PDFA), Uttarakhand. It is strategically located on the Dehradun – Rishikesh highway around 1.5 kms from Dehradun airport. It is consistent with our values & mission of rearing the cows with the utmost care & respect that they deserve; not to treat them as milk giving machines but like mothers who nurture us & give us the best food available on this planet.

In our farm, cows, bulls and calves are looked after with great care and love. They are never sold to slaughter houses or abandoned even when they become old. They are maintained till the end of their lives very happily.

We have scientifically designed the cow shed to make sure that it is comfortable for the cows, easy to clean & maintain, has good ventilation, receives ample sunlight in winters & has excellent protection from flies & insects.
